Particle JavaScript (jQuery) animation for Wordpress - plugin

A small task for experienced Wordpress developer.
We have a JS code that creates particle animation out of an image.
We would like to put it in a simple Wordpress plugin with 2 configuration settings:
1) url of source image
2) shortcode name
With the shortcode we would like to be able to place this animation anywhere on the Wordpress site in the Gutenberg editor.
It should also work on mobile.
The attached code works perfectly fine, but in case you know better libraries to do this type of particle animation, please feel free to recommend!
