Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
? Maintenance & Updates:
Safely update WordPress core regularly.
Update themes and plugins while ensuring compatibility.
? Performance Optimization:
Enhance website speed and page load times.
Optimize the database and implement caching and image optimization.
? Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing:
Quickly identify and resolve programming errors.
Handle issues related to themes and plugins.
Provide technical support for end-users (e.g., login issues, property search problems).
? Security & Protection:
Conduct regular security scans to detect vulnerabilities.
Apply security measures such as firewalls and security plugins.
Perform regular backups and restore them when necessary.
? Development & Customization:
Modify the existing theme to improve property listings, contact pages, and dynamic display areas.
Develop or customize plugins to introduce new features (e.g., booking systems, Google Maps integration, property filtering).
Implement real estate service customizations.
? Integration with External Services:
Connect the website to CRM systems or email marketing services.
Integrate with mapping services or external real estate data providers.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong Technical Knowledge of WordPress:
Deep understanding of WordPress architecture (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with PHPMyAdmin and MySQL database management.
✔ Performance & Security Optimization:
