Parcel Forwarding Service
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for a developer(s) to build a parcel forwarding service website. Admin and customer front-end need to be done as well.

Key Requirements:
- The website should preferably be built on WordPress for easy future development.
- Arabic and English UI that can be switched on any page (I will help with the translation).
- Payment gateway will be provided by a third party from my side but may require basic implementation by your side.
- Invoice system which supports customer balances, returns and discounts as well as email notifications.
- A unique address generator which will be assigned to each customer upon registration.
- Shipping cost calculator for customers based on weight and dimensions.
- Ability to attach images to each received shipment by the admin.
- The user should have the ability to edit information of received shipments in his inbox page by adding description and price for each item received.
- The customer can decide whether to combine several packages to save shipping cost or to be shipped independently. Here the user has the option to add insurance to the shipment and make payment online depending on the options available.
- The system must keep a list of all subscribers’ data and emails in order to send massive email notifications, promotions, etc.
- All content will be written by me.
- Main pages/sections in customer’s dashboard:
1. Inbox (has the shipments received by us)
2. Pending (Orders not yet dispatched)
3. Outbox (Dispatched orders)
4. Buy Request (For users who want us to make the purchase on their behalf)
5. Shipping cost calculator
6. Profile & Settings
7. Contact page linked to our Freshdesk account.
