PSD to Wordpress Template - Elementor Editor

The task is to convert a layered Photoshop File into a Wordpress template using elementor editor.
The task is finished when the WordPress template looks like PSD, and the template needs to be created so if I add new pages, blog plugins like woo commerce etc, the template does not break. Must display well on phone and desktop.
