PSD to WordPress Divi theme

Looking for a developer that is open to take an existing PSD file and convert it into a WordPress theme using DIVI. Looking specifically for someone that is willing to use the DIVI framework and not code around it. PLEASE BID THE EXACT PRICE you want to do it project for. Nothing is more upsetting to get a bid of one price and a ask for another later.
This is a very simple project. Once a relationship is established additional projects will be given as they come in.
