Optimize 1 page worpress website

Hi. I have a 1 page Elementor Wordpress website.
The page is all designed, but it feels heavy when scrolling. I would like to lighten the load and give it a smoother experience.
The section titles are not consistent. Sometimes the animation loads and sometimes it doesn't. also padding for some reason doesn't seem to be consistent either.
I'm running Hummingbird and Smush and I need the page manually optimized. I've styled it with Elementor Pro Motion effects and theme animations.
I want to use hummingbird for optimization and smush for compression- we pay for these and want to use them.
Hummingbird has a manual and automatic asset optimization feature that I would like to use in combination to anything else you'd recommend
