Optimize WooCommerce Webshop Speed (We have NewRelic installed on server)

We have a very slow website and need it optimized.
I have tried everything and also removed plug-ins we dont use and tried different cache plug-ins but nothing helps.
Something is slowing our webshop. We have our own dedicated server and own database server with about 12 webshops. But the server should be big enough for lots of speed for these sites. All WooCommerce.
Need an expert that knows everything about WooCommerce Webshop Speed optimizing and can use NewRelic for data.... :)
