Optimize Robust WooCommerce E-shop with an Object Cache

I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in optimizing WooCommerce e-shops. My current website speed is slow but manageable, and I am specifically looking to improve the load time. I expect the load time to be under 1 second after optimization. Best would be 500-800ms.

- We use WP Rocket cache which delivers average about 0,035s response of cached pages
- We need to optimize the response of the server on e.g. ajax queries like product filters which now load in about 2 seconds which is inacceptable for us. For us is ideal under 1 second..e.g. 500-800ms
- Also the WordPress administration load time need improvements as it takes about 3-5 seconds to load
