Optimize & Revamp My WooCommerce Webshop

My WooCommerce webshop is low on traffic but high on CPU and memory usage. I'm seeking a proficient developer to identify and resolve the memory issues and make some (layout) changes. This will be an hourly based job.

Specific Requirements:
- Diagnose and rectify high memory usage.
- Implement some design changes and custom functions.
- Modify the current layout to better suit my needs.
- Work on a custom layout editor with the following functionalities:
- Adjusting colors
- Aligning elements
- Implementing some design changes

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in WooCommerce development
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Proficient in making layout changes and implementing custom functions
- Familiar with creating and modifying layout editors
- Able to work on an hourly basis and provide progress updates
