Optimise a Wordpress/Woocommerce Sync Plugin

Hi woo experts!
I have a woocommerce sync plugin which I need to modify.
1. Currently the plugin sync orders to my CRM perfectly.
2. But the problem is, when using this plugin, the time taken from clicking the Place Order button until the Thank You page is above 15 sec. This surely is not a good user experience.
3. If I deactivate this plugin, the time taken from clicking the Place Order button until the Thank You page is only 3 sec.
4. You just need to modify the plugin's code so that the time taken is below 5 sec.
This should be a 1 day max job for an expert :)
