Ongoing website support and teaching to site operator

Hi I have a small website I run and I'm looking for someone to partner with to support me in doing the necessary upgrades whilst teaching me how to do the necessary upgrades. There is long-term potential here as I have multiple other entities looking for websites and I'm looking at starting a quasi-agency and would outsource the majority of work to someone at the right price.
