Ongoing WordPress Multi-Site Maintenance

We are creating a network of WordPress sites that will keep evolving over the next few months and we need a seasoned developer or multiple ones to help us with this process FAST.

You must be able to follow our instructions EXACTLY as directed.
We have detailed SOPs to avoid back-and-forth.

Your core focus will be:
- design and development,
- updating the SOP documentation
- ongoing maintenance and updates
- SAVE US TIME

We are especially interested in someone who has:
• Demonstrated success maintaining WordPress multisite installations
• A sharp design/UX eye—balanced color palettes, intuitive layouts, subtle micro-interactions
• Familiarity with performance-tuning tools and a keen eye for security
• The writing ability and discipline to produce detailed INTELLIGENT step-by-step SOPs for each task including screenshots

WE DO NOT WANT:
- developers who take shortcuts and all they do is use AI
- do not follow the SOP provided to the letter
- cannot communicate
- are not perfectionists and detailed oriented
- have poor taste
- don't get to the point right away

WE WANT SOMEONE TO SAVE US TIME
If explaining what we want and going over the revisions takes the same amount of time as us doing the job ourselves, we don't want it.
If we need to hold your hand and micro-manage you, we don't want it.

You must be EXCELLENT on your own. Convince us you are the person for this job.
