Notary Service Page Integration onto current website

I already run a small website that promotes my tax preparation and insurance services, and now I’m ready to expand it with a dedicated Notary Services page. I’d like the new page to sit seamlessly inside the existing navigation and share the same overall look-and-feel—fonts, colour palette, header and footer—but I’m open to subtle tweaks that give the notary section its own character.

Content
• Compelling text that explains my mobile and in-office notary offerings, fees, and service area.
• Clean, professional images or simple graphics that reinforce trust and legal credibility; stock images are fine as long as they suit a U.S. audience.

Interactive features
• An appointment-booking module that lets visitors choose a date/time and receive a confirmation email.
• A short contact form (name, email, phone, message).
• Optional live-chat integration (I currently use Tawk.to, but I’m flexible if you have a better lightweight solution).

Technical notes
The site is built on WordPress with Elementor, so please implement the page within that framework and keep performance in mind. All plugins you propose must be well-supported and kept to a minimum.

Deliverables
1. Fully designed and developed Notary Services page, responsive on desktop and mobile.
2. Appointment booking, contact form, and live-chat set up, tested, and live.
3. All copy and imagery uploaded, proof-read, and styled to match the rest of the site.
4. Brief hand-off notes so I can edit content myself later.

Acceptance criteria
• Page loads in under 3 seconds on mobile (GTmetrix / PageSpeed).
• Design aligns with existing brand styles, with only intentional minor variations.
• Forms, booking, and chat work flawlessly across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
