New Sign-Up Page Creation

I need a new sign-up page created. This page should be designed to collect detailed user information. The sign-up page should be connected to Brevo for email automation and sending out custom emails to the user.

Key Requirements:
- The sign-up page must be able to collect personal details such as name and email.
- It should be integrated with WordPress.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in WordPress
- Experienced in creating sign-up pages
- Familiar with Brevo and email automation
- Good understanding of data collection and user experience design


the idea is to have the sign up page designed in my required style format and NOT a default format.

once the sign up form is designed, it will have the following fields:

- first name
- last name
- email
- country code (which has the script of the whole world in numerical/alphabetical order) + number field
- submit button


****The user will receive a confirmation email and a separate email with customised details. The template has already been designed in brevo automation****

I require this to be done in less than 24 hours and to be working and responsive.

I will also need a separate page designed with the url: outchea.co.uk/table-bookings-lagos

this will be a simple page with text on the page.
