New Api Developed for Existing App

We have the files for the existing android and IOS app we have had developed but have now developed a brand new website and would like new APIs setting up for the new wordpress website and relinked to the app. The APIs would be the integration of the woo commerce shop which are just simple products not variable ones. We would also want new API checkout to connect with the website stripe checkout facility and the last API would be the integration of the wordpress delivery options plugin we have with the wordpress website to connect with the app.
The current app has been developed in React Native
