Need a wordpress developer with API integration

We are looking for a wordpress developer who can customize themes and work with API.
We are making a logistic platform where the drivers can work as freelancer. Clients will post their job ( delivery info) and driver's will pick it. We ar planning to setup this system by taking the following theme .

Here are all the basic features for posting jobs as the freelancer or fiverr website .
We want to add a custom field concerning the pickup and delivery location and it need to be integrated with google maps. When the driver takes the project, he needs to be able to use maps route from our site ( It can also redirect to maps, but routing need to be done from the order). The google console is ready for this project.
