Need woocommerce and wordpress developer

We're looking to do some updates to a Woocommerce and Wordpress site, will provide more login info once offer has been approved, please use a US VPN
Updates:
Here are the major pressing issues:
1. Certificate
a. Sometimes the license number shows, sometimes it doesn't
b. When I pass the course for a student the course hours NEVER show
c. When a student finishes the course the course hours DO SHOW but they say something weird like 40 mins 30 secs. See screenshot below.
2. Course on Profile When a student finishes their course/or I pass their course their course STILL appears on their profile AND they are able to view the course. I understand this might have to do with something that the certificate is now listed where the course is and NOT on a button where it used to be.
a. I tested this today, I bought a course, I let the timer run to zero and I got my certificate (which was messed up).
b. I went ahead and bought the course AGAIN (pretending to be a return customer who buys the same course the following year). The course showed up as completed. Meaning the old course was there and was not replaced by a new course. This is a MAJOR problem.
4.CSV File
a. The .CSV file that we download that has a list of the students who have finished the course is still showing all students as doubles. Please use the CST time zone
5. The license number and the expiration date need to appear on the email receipt.
6. When purchased only some courses are being added automatically to the user's profile. Others are not (for example, Water Well Driller, Elevator, etc). We have been manually adding them BUT then they cannot access the course material. This happens when they start the first lesson OR when they are on lesson 3, etc. See screenshot below: https://tppr.me/71oot (I tried it myself with a course I made up).
