Need some help with woocommerce product variations

Hello,
I have an woocommerce website, i need to import 2 products with lots of variations, i have the csv ready, might need some adjustments to can upload it.
Also i need to transform some variations to product attribute since i have a few products with 2k variations and it's slowing down my loading speed, so i need some help with that also.
