Need to solve issuse in custom rss feed file

Hai i have news blog website in wordpress.But i share my news content in custom rss feed.iam not using wordpress plugin.There was two task need to solve.

1) i shared my content to news aggregator apps in my rss feed not create p tag for para so its problem for space betweet two paragraph.

2) in home feed all contents are displaying but i need show all content in another feed aslo its named politics
