Need script to automatically post new threats and posts on MY new forum(WORDPRESS)

Ok. I have a forum that I have freshly installed on my Wordpress site. The issue is that there are no posts or threads and no users currently. So what I need is for a script to automatically create threads and posts because when people visit the forum, they see an empty forum. I need it to look popular which is why I am requesting this. Note that this is MY website. I am not asking to spam anyone site.
