Need a page to be built in 24 hours

We need a WordPress expert to build a page based on our existing template (in Elementor)
The page will be a subpage of https://www.ensemblepourleslibertes.fr so it should keep the look and feel.
It will contain :
- blogpost : first 3-4 lines with pictures and 'more button' to read more
- twitter feed from account @stefano171618
- slideshow with videos
