Need guidance from an expert in the field of email automation and marketing for a WordPress website

So,our company that is in the marketing business is looking for an expert in the field of email automation and email marketing that can perhaps suggest a good plugin that works along with WooCommerce and that can guide us in the process of setting everything up.
Must be 99% to a 100% sure that emails sent using the suggested plugin will not end up in spam.We need an email sent immediately to the customer after purchase,a second email send 2 hours after the first one,third email 1day after purchase and also fourth and final email 2 days after purchase.
What is also important that the expert selected for this job knows his way in email marketing and email automation so we can set everything up to a good standard.Must be fluent in English.The expert must know how to work with WordPress and which plugin(s) should be used.So,we are looking for guidance as the title suggest,not someone who will receive the login credential and do everything for us.
Someone who must have experience in what we are trying to achieve.
