Need full stack developer who can build a tool with Instagram API (also Wordpress API)

I have an idea;
People posting their moments in different cities in Instagram stories or posts but mostly stories. I want to connect with their insta APIs (of course they need to use system and give permission) then turn their stories into Wordpress blogs or it can be wix or others.
1-we automatically create a blog for them
2-we can download stories and then automatically upload to blog that we created
3-or we can embed stories if possible
4-or we look for location taggings and group posts under location named blog posts
