Need custom developments for WooCommerce / Wordpress

Currently we have products that made - to - order and products that can be shipped immediately. We have a page made that helps us determine this, but it's not working. We need it fixed and well designed.
We also have PSD's for new webpages we need designed on wordpress. We would need someone who can take a Photoshop file with all elements and turn it into a webpage for us.
