Need create WordPress website with 2 form -- 4

Hello I need mobile friendly (with mobile version)WP website with 1 table/form, and multilingual (added only 2 languages English and Russian). I will provide all plugins.
I will need fast website, if website at the end will not fit 90 mobile and 90 pc google speed test I will not accept this work, so if you can guaranty for me this speed we cant even start, because if it will not be 90 pc and minimum 90 mob on google page speed test fully functional website with all plugins turned on i will decline work.
Website with these plugins yoast, wordfence, gravityforms, AVADA or other theme, with drag & drop Builder, WPML plugin
Text must be just copied from sample page and rewrited to get not identical texts or ( copy text paste to google translator, translate to any language then entered into deepl and translated back to en language, so thats how at the end we will get rewrited texts)
We will change logo, background pic, icons, but all other structure will be the same.

At the end IF you will check links you will see that there in one language are only Homepage and table, other pages are just text page ,where all data easy copied and inserted, mobile version,
I ordering not firs and not tenth website, so I know what price must be.
