Need compromised files removed from Wordpress site

I have a Wordpress site that has been hacked. I am able to login to cPanel and update the admin password in the back end, but someone is still able to change the password and lock me out. I also see that metadata has been updated on search results that are incorrect and there are links that link out to ecommerce site. I need all these files removed so my site appears as normal.
