Need a chatbot for Wordpress site

I want the chatbot to start with a survey with a multi-option selection option. Users will be placed with questionnaires one by one with multiple-choice selection options. Once the survey is completed. the users should be connected to the live chat.

I should have the option to define the questionnaire of the survey.
