Need changes in invoice format and minimum product select woocommrece
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for help making changes to the invoice format and minimum product selection of my WordPress Woocommerce store. Specifically, I need someone to modify the layout of my invoices and set a minimum product quantity that must be selected before customers can begin the checkout process.
I am currently running WordPress Woocommerce and this project requires experience in that platform. Although I am open to suggestions and advice, I am looking for someone who can make the necessary changes to my existing platform.

Invoice modifications and minimum product elections from a specific category selection
1. I want to move customer notes from bottom to left hand side to subtotal.
2. Order details - some items to move on 3rd column
3. Subtotal - rearrange and modifications
4. Need alternate product should be bold
5. Product category name bold and bigger that product table
Checkout Page:
Minimum 5 product to be selected in handmade finger food and canapes

I have attached hand written invoice design. I want elements should be arrange as describe in hand written images.
There are 3 column in above
Column 1 – Name, Phone, Cost Center Number, Department, Email
Column 2 - Delivery Location, Nos. of people
Column 3 – Order Number, order date, Morning tea delivery date and time, Lunch delivery date and time, Afternoon Tea delivery date and time
In product table
Group category name
1. Example Morning Tea should bold and bigger then product list
2. Product list name should be bold alternatively
Left hand side of subtotal – here comes the customer notes and remove it from the footer
Subtotal should be arrange in a manner like
Subtotal: $905
Delivery/ clearing/ Cutlery : $60
GST: 60
