I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a blog on Wordpress for me. I need someone to help set it up, as I am not sure how to do this myself. In addition, I would like the blog to have posts once a month.

They should also understand how to properly use SEO and other online promotion techniques to promote my blog. They should be able to help research, plan, execute (write) and publish blog posts and format them appropriately.
