Need a Wordpress / WHM / Cpanel optimization

My website is very slow I have tweaked multiple times to achieve great results on gtmetrix and google and even at those times the website would still get too heavy when a minimum of 5 users will be active, not sure if is wordpress optimization or server whm.cpanel optimization.
