Need a Wordpress Expert to help us with a Specific Memberium and Woocommerce Issue

We have a live site with Memberium and Keap integrated using InfusedWoo on a Woocommerce platform.
We are facing a specific issue which we are not able to resolve and need advise from a WooCommerce expert to help us with. If resolved, it will lead to Many further jobs for us in future.
The issue in point is that the status change of an order is taking between 20 to 35 minutes and that leads to delay in creating membership in our website.
We need a person who understand Memberium, WooCommerce and Keap to resolve this for us. We are using an Upsell logic as well, just so that you are aware.
We can share screens and we need the WC expert to assist our team in arriving at the resolution.
