Need WordPress site optimized for speed, performance and security

We have a site that is built on Wordpress. As part of our SEO optimization, we've been working on speed and performance. We have done everything we could but need someone who has extension experience specifically with high performance optimization so pages load absolutely as fast as possible. We also need the site secured as much as possible due to WP being generally a pretty insecure CMS.
