Need WordPress eCommerce website built with MLM forced matrix plugin.

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer to build an eCommerce Subscription website using WooCommerce & PayPal Subscriptions.

Design:
- I am open to any design or theme suggestions for the website.

Functionalities:
- The main functionality I want included is a Compensation Plan via MLM forced matrix plugin.
- Site should utilize WooCommerce to sell membership PayPal subscriptions.
- Site needs to be able to assign sellers to be able to sell specific subscriptions.
- MLM plugin should track and calculate commissions.
- Site needs Distributor dashboard that shows seller commission earnings & payouts along with downline genealogy for at least 4 levels up.
- Site needs Administrator dashboard that manages all sellers.
- Site needs Bulk message plugin to manage seller templates and communicate with customers.
- Any required Plugin license costs should be included in design fee.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building WordPress eCommerce websites using WooCommerce & Paypal.
- Knowledge of MLM forced matrix plugins and Compensation Plans.
