Need WordPress Developer - Woo commerce Product wise shipping

Hello, I have website and I need to customize shipping method on woocommerce site .
Work scope--
-Product wise shipping like There should be an option to give shipping for every product (country wise , country state wise , country state with pincode wise).
- Need one extra field simple input box just next to the shipping cost . Lets have an example-
Suppose we have a product whcih define shipping cost for India is $20 and additonal column field has 2$ price
and now IF we will have 1qty of that product then only $20 apply and if we increase the qty suppose 2 then $20+2*$2=$24
