Need a Tool to Convert MySQL Database from English to Another Language

I need a tool to convert wordpress MYSQL database from English to another languages. I have million records on my database that needs to be translated to another language. All of them contains more then 600+ words articles per post. Currently database has 200k posts on wordpress.
