Need Small Feature Add To A Wordpress Plugin

Hi, I need someone to add a small feature to an existing custom plugin that I had made.
Basically I have a custom plugin that creates advertising blocks within my Wordpress posts. But right now, the title of the blocks are defaulting as h3. I need an option that allows me to select what kind of heading I want the title for each block.
H1, H2. H3. H4 or NO HEADING
