Need 301 Redirect Rules right away - need it in 30 min

Pretty clear urgent task - I need 27 301 redirects written on .htaccess file. I typically use redirection Wordpress plugin but I don't understand the forward slash and how to make the URL redirect if it does or does not have forward slash.

For example
getting both xyz.com/page/ AND xyz.com/page to both redirect.
