Need a Product Registration System for Wordpress

Hi. I need a product registration system for Wordpress. It needs to check a serial number in the Wordpress (WooCommerce) database and then check if the item has been registered before or not. Then it needs to have a file upload system so I can verify some data and it needs to be able to write to a new database with all the newly data. Thanks.
