Need Pop up with Infusionsoft Optin on Thrive Themes WP Build NOW

We have Thrive Themes setup for an online event we sell tickets to. We need you to duplicate our existing event page and add a pop up to capture name, email, and phone/SMS (we'll supply Infusionsoft form code but you'll need to style it) so that we can collect that info before they see the sales page. I can give you an example site that does this that we're modeling. We need this done TODAY. Please put the word NOW in all caps in your bid if you can implement this for us. This will also lead to other work like re-styling our page too.
