I am having a blogging website. Currently It taking more than 4 sec to load a post and after placing ads taking more than that. I want to reduce it to less than 2 sec after placing the ads.

Currently for improving the score, I am using a combination of plugins: Litespeed cache, Cache enabler, WP-Optimize, Async Javascript.
in Last need full report in doc file what you have done.
