Need to Improve and optimize website Google search console core web vitals is the measuring stick

I have a WordPress website that i need to optimize on google search console , need to improve LCP to improve this , please note that your work will be judged on the validation of google search console and after your work is complete we will run a "start new validation" on google search console " to judge the work completed . if your not happy with this measuring criteria please refrain from bidding
