Need my Elementor site put on an active account so it can update and install pluggins

I had a Freelancer redesign my site and he put it on Elementor, which the site is fine. He disappeared and the license is not active and I cant update it. I want to add Google Analytics to the site as well. I dont need any site changes just need it on an active license. When I use some browsers it shows my site as unsecure as well and I need to correct that.
