Need an Audit & Fixes To An Established Learndash/Memberium/WP student membership site.
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for someone proficient in our tech stack (LearnDash LMS, Memberium, InfusionSoft/Keap, & Uncanny Owl) to help us with some issues we currently have with our membership site, and to create documentation/SOPs to help us utilize the site fully.
Our current situation is this: We migrated to LearnDash as an LMS a number of years ago; we realized later that the site was set up incorrectly, so earlier this year, we hired a developer to rebuild our membership site completely. What was mapped as a 4-week project dragged on for more than 5 months, so we parted ways with the developer but are left with a site that is around 95% built, but unusable in its current state.
My team and I have a lot of proficiency within our tech stack but are left with a number of questions and non-functioning/incorrectly set up aspects of the site that needs someone with more working knowledge than us of this tech stack to:
1. Audit the site to confirm the setup is correct
2. Fix the remaining issues on the site including, but not limited to:
- Refining the course grid (so that courses are in proper order and sort themselves appropriately based on user tags)
- Resolve some formatting inconsistencies (globally or otherwise)
- Mark Complete Buttons not directing to the right place
- Auto-complete indicated modules that should not be required via UncannyOwl recipes (i.e. do not have to be marked as complete for users to move forward through the course)
- Fix "Access Course" buttons to direct to the correct page
- Fix menu discrepancies when in "Focus Mode"
3. Create detailed SOPs (loom videos & detailed written instructions) documenting various aspects of the new setup.
Required Experience:
- Learndash
- Memberium
- Uncanny Owl
- Keap/Infusionsoft
- Elementor
Projected timeline: 3 weeks:
1-2 weeks to audit, make corrections, and provide SOPs/documentation
1 week to review and test
