WP Multisite setup

I have a small website in English which I want to have also in the local language.
I need an expert to help me set up multisite as I want to have 2 versions.
I will do all content and translation, you need to set up a site, copy all existing pages and add language changing button somewhere.
I'm currently using the Astra theme and all pages will stay the same in terms of functionality and pictures, buttons, etc but I will do translation and modifications.
If that goes well we could agree that you help me maintain site on regular basis and help make it better.
