I require a simple Multi-vendor WooCommerce WordPress site developed.
The developer must be familiar with the extension to convert/create a mobile app for Android and IOS from the WordPress plugin.
If you are an expert in multi-vendor WooCommerce, you would not need a detailed spec document to quote accurately. We are still able to answer and clarify any questions. However, DO NOT place a placeholder bid. The bid you place MUST be your FINAL BID.
The system must allow for creating and managing multi-vendor adverts in their vendor store on the system within various categories and subcategories.
Four levels of users viz.:
• End-user
o Register and be added to user lists
o Enter competitions
o View adverts
o Add vendors to their favourite list.
o Search using the store, location, category, subcategory.

• Vendor
o Register
o Create sections for their ads, e.g. monthly catalogue, big deals, brochures.
o Upload their adverts to their sections
o Request activation of their ads

o User Management
 Approve user
 Activate user
 Inactivate user
 Contact users – Mailing list
o Ad management
 Approve Ads
 Activate Ads
 Inactivate Ads
o Competition Management
 Upload competition graphic
 Configure competition entry form

• We are willing to place 50% in a milestone, but payment will only be made upon the successful completion of your project to the specifications outlined. An incomplete project or project not to specification is of zero value to us. So please ensure that you understand everything and can complete as per spec and time before bidding. We cannot afford the wasted time.
