Multi-skilled Webmaster wanted for long term partnership

I am looking for a person that can support me with both some urgent tasks right now and continuous work.
I run a community where we do events, podcasts, and many other things
Skills: Webdesign, Wordpress, CSS, Javascript, SEO, Google Analytics, DNS, Web & E-mail hosting and configuration, excellent English
Some urgent tasks:
- Assist with finding a new e-mail provider and move e-mail. Knowledge about Microsoft Exchange is a big plus
- Move existing domains and websites to a new provider. Be a sounding board when it comes to provider choice.
- Some improvements on the current site
Long term:
- A redesign of the website
- Continuous updates of information
- Continuous SEO and Google Analytics work
Right now the website is on Wordpress, but I am also interested in suggestions to use other services. It is important that you have a broad knowledge, can assist me as an advisor, and are skilled technically.
Also, I'd like to be able to be in contact with you personally on a regular basis in web meetings. I don't want to work with a middle man.
