Moving Wordpress blog to Headless CMS

I need some help exporting the content from a Wordpress blog with lots of content and importing it into either Sanity or Strapi (still deciding).
I'm looking for someone who has worked with headless before to help me with the move and with setting up the content schema on the headless.
Previous experience with headless a must.
