1) restore old wordpress database + wordpress files to new fresh wordpress site.
2) move Rank Math SEO from current wordpress site to new wordpress site (move from old domain SEO + new domain SEO ).
3) move google webmaster + search console from old domain to new one.
4) setup google adsense and make it ready to run adverstising for both 2 domains.
