Move webpage from weebly to wordpress

My team and I are looking for a WordPress expert to help us move an existing webpage from Weebly to WordPress. We have chosen not to select a specific theme just yet and would like to review suggestions from you first. The current design should be kept the same on WordPress, though there's no additional new features that need to be included during the transfer process.
