Move much content from .aspx website to Wordpress

I have two websites; An website called movementmap.com that is build on aspx and another website called movementmap.no that is build on the CMS system Wordpress.
I have allready moved much of the contect from aspx to Wordpress website but the admin section of aspx website still needs to be moved to the Wordpress website.
Its very important that this job goes fast and smooth.
